deposit & cancellation

We require a deposit to book larger parties and events. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us 24-48 hr notice. We will be happy to apply your deposit to a new date. * No call no shows to appointments will not receive their deposit back or receive credit towards a new date.

custom bookings

In most cases we can accommodate walk-ins for 1-2 people for custom products. If you have a larger party please let us know. We offer booking online. You can also call the salon @ (585)270-4686 and we can block out a spot for you.

gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated. Your artist has undergone a lot of training to learn how to blend custom products safely and we have hired only the best in customer service. We hope you agree.

*large parties and weddings will have minimum gratuity built into the package price if you notice your artist going above and beyond feel free to gift them with additional.
