deposit & cancellation

We require a deposit to book most larger parties and all events. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us 24-48 hr notice. We will be happy to apply your deposit to a new date. * No call no shows to appointments will not receive their deposit back or receive credit towards a new date.

For regular bookings, day of cancelations and no call no shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the services booked. If for any reason you can not make your appointment, PLEASE let us know. We’d be thrilled to help you reschedule for a time that is more convenient for you.

 

custom bookings

For any of our custom services we prefer you book online. If you have a larger party or would like help booking multiple custom services you can contact us via Instagram or email us at dk@blackadderbeautybar.com

For groups of 4 or more, or inquiries to host a private Custom Party please email dk@blackadderbeautybar.com

 

gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated. Your artist has undergone a lot of training to learn how to blend custom products safely and we have hired only the best in customer service. We hope you agree.

 

To be fair to all of our artists and clients, events and bridal packages/services will require both a deposit and signed contract to hold the date. *Until these are received your date could still be booked by other clients.
